SVRN is more than a gym—it’s a community.
Yes, you will get more fit here. That’s a given. You’ll get stronger, healthier, and more capable. But we believe that’s just the byproduct of something deeper.
What truly sets SVRN apart is the people. This is a place where you will be known, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. A place where you’re not just another membership, but part of a community that shows up for each other—inside and outside the gym.
We believe God is sovereign, and we are called to steward our lives well. That means training with purpose, living with discipline, and building something that actually matters.
At SVRN, we’re not just working out—we’re doing life together.

When you join as a Founding Member, you’ll reserve your spot with your first month’s membership upfront.
If for any reason the gym does not open, you will receive a 100% refund—no questions asked.
When we do open, your payment simply applies to your first month of membership.
And beyond that—we believe this should be the best hour of your day. If it’s not, you’re free to cancel at any time. No pressure, no long-term commitment—just an opportunity to be part of something from the beginning.

Initially, we offer coach-led, group functional fitness classes designed to meet you where you are and challenge you to grow. We also provide one-on-one and small group personal training for those who want more individualized attention.
As we grow, we plan to expand class offerings and introduce nutrition coaching to further support your progress both inside and outside the gym.
-
Not at all. Every workout at SVRN is fully coached and scalable to your current fitness level—whether you’re just getting started or have years of experience.
Our job is to meet you where you are and help you improve over time. You don’t need to “get in shape” before coming—you come here to do that.

SVRN will be equipped with everything you’d expect from a high-quality functional fitness gym—featuring an AXOM Performance free-standing rig with wall ball stations, Rogue barbells, plates, and dumbbells, along with Echo Bikes, Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs and BikeErgs, climbing ropes, and more to support every level of training.

Millay loves friends! We plan to offer childcare during select classes (likely 9:00am or 12:00pm to start), with decisions guided by our Founding Members and the needs of our community.
Regardless of whether formal childcare is available at a given time, SVRN is a family-friendly environment. Kids are welcome, and we will have a dedicated space for them—including a room with games, coloring, and a TV (formerly a nursery in the space).
At times, this space may not include supervised childcare, so parents are responsible for their children.
We have a heart for moms who want to train—or simply need an hour to recharge—and we will prioritize creating space for that.
-
We’re an open book! Currently, the space does not have showers. We do have a bathroom, and the plumbing is in place for future expansion.
The room we plan to convert into showers is currently being used for childcare (it previously served as a nursery for the church in the space before us). As we grow, adding showers is a priority and part of our future plans.

Each class at SVRN is coach-led, structured, and designed with purpose.
We start with a guided warm-up to prepare your body, followed by movement instruction and skill or strength work. From there, we move into the workout of the day—where everything can be scaled to your level.
Throughout the entire hour, a coach is there to teach, correct, encourage, and push you appropriately. You’re never left guessing what to do.
You’ll walk in with a plan, be led every step of the way, and leave better than you came.
-
Yes—absolutely.
Our goal is to build more than a gym. We want SVRN to be a place where people truly do life together. That includes opportunities like men’s and women’s Bible studies, run clubs, book clubs, and other gatherings outside of class.
As we grow, many of these will be shaped by the community itself—what people are interested in, what brings people together, and where there’s a need. That could look like Super Bowl and other sporting event watch parties, members’ children’s birthday celebrations, BBQs, and even coming together to support one another through life’s biggest moments—both celebrations and hardships.
At the end of the day, we’re not just building stronger individuals—we’re building a stronger community.
-
Once we’re open, we’ll offer a $15 drop-in rate for non-members, along with a 10-class pass for $120.

We are targeting a July 2026 opening. The location is secured, and we are actively working through buildout, equipment, and final details.
As we get closer, Founding Members will be the first to receive updates, early access, and important dates.
